1. Air spring shock absorber: The air spring shock absorber is an elastic element composed of an air chamber, a rubber elastic diaphragm and a support plate. The air spring shock absorber is a kind of non-metallic spring that adds pressurized air into a flexible airtight container, and uses the restoring force of the air when it is compressed to provide elastic force, thereby realizing vibration isolation and buffering. The air spring shock absorber has the characteristics of variable stiffness. , it is easy to obtain a lower natural frequency (2.6~5.3Hz), a higher damping ratio (0.06~0.08), and the vibration reduction efficiency can reach more than 95%;
2. Damping spring shock absorber: The damping spring shock absorber has the dual advantages of the low frequency of the spring shock absorber and the large damping of the rubber shock absorber. Combining the advantages of the two eliminates the surge in amplitude when the spring shock absorber resonates. It also solves the problem of high natural frequency of rubber shock absorbers, and is an ideal product for positive and negative vibration isolation;
3. Shock-absorbing hanger: The shock-absorbing hanger has large damping, low natural vibration frequency, easy installation, and has obvious effects on eliminating solid sound transmission;
4. Vibration isolation pad/sound insulation felt: The rubber vibration isolation pad is made of high-quality nitrile rubber, suitable for Yin and Ni, good oil resistance, wide application range, reasonable shape and structure, mainly shear force, low natural frequency, and more. If the layer is used, the natural frequency is lower, which is easy to cut to suit the needs of different loads.
