Installation of floating floor program:

• Ensure that the work floor is flat, dry, and clean, and all connected walls and curbstones are also in appropriate positions.

• Mark the orientation line of the isolation pad position on the ground.

• According to the engineering drawings, place the isolation pad in the appropriate position

• The gaps between the sound insulation pads are filled with low-density sound-absorbing materials (fiberglass/rock wool). Place the three layer soil template (three layer board/iron plate) on the isolation pad.

• Connect the joints of the three clay formwork together with a joint board or welding.

• Cover the concrete formwork and surrounding isolation boards with temporary waterproof adhesive tape, and fix them with adhesive tape. This ensures that the concrete will not flow into the joints of the formwork and surrounding isolation boards during construction.

• Inject steel bars and concrete into the formwork.

• Adjust the isolation board to the horizontal position, and finally seal the gap with edge sealant.
