We will focus on supporting the high-quality development of more than 1,000 national specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises, promote the demonstration role of these enterprises, and strengthen the service level by supporting some national (or provincial) public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises, gather capital, talent, technology and other resources, and drive about 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises to grow into national specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises.
