As the morning light broke, the NCC team gathered and set off, officially kicking off the team building activity themed "Sweat Together to Strengthen Unity, Strive Side by Side to Achieve Great Results".


Centered on team collaboration and the passion for striving, the activity featured four key programs: "Stepping Up", "Inspiring Hearts", "Unlocking", and "Da Vinci Code". These programs injected team momentum into the company’s in-depth development in the fields of architectural functional louvers and noise reduction for environmental protection energy storage equipment.

“Setpping Up”


Team members use limited props to build a passage, which requires simultaneous collaboration. This process is just like the precise coordination and step-by-step advancement in product R&D, interpreting the concept of "being down-to-earth".

Team members stand in a circle to control a drum and bounce a ball. The process—from messy rhythms to "unified movement on command"—is just like how all departments resonate in unity, supporting breakthroughs in the field of environmental protection and noise reduction equipment.

Team members hold hands to solve the "lock clasp" puzzle. They break through the bottleneck by "observing the whole and disassembling the parts"—this enlightens everyone that in work, it is necessary to break through fixed thinking patterns and pool collective wisdom.

Team members divide the memory task, transmit card information, and complete the task with efficient collaboration—this process replicates the importance of smooth information flow across departments.

As soon as the activity concluded, team members gathered around the sharing area to chat freely about their insights. Their sweat-streaked faces were brimming with the joy of gain, and every word from their hearts was closely tied to work practices, fully demonstrating the responsibility and original aspiration of NCC member:


Wang Ting, Head of the Technology Department:

"The 'Da Vinci Code' really left a deep impression on me! At that time, we finally finalized the division of labor, but suddenly encountered an emergency where the cards were misplaced. After a short adjustment, fortunately, everyone stayed calm, stuck to their posts and trusted each other, and finally adjusted the rhythm to complete the task. This is very similar to our R&D process of environmental protection and noise reduction equipment. From core technology breakthroughs to product launch, the design, testing and production departments must cooperate in a relay like this. Without the trust and perseverance of any link, it is difficult to achieve the dual 'upgrading' of technology and performance."



Manager Deng Runqing from the Materials Department, with emotion:

"In the 'Inspiring Hearts' program, the ball kept falling at first, making everyone so anxious that they stamped their feet. Later, we shouted a unified slogan to adjust our strength, and the ball bounced more and more steadily. Finally, we exceeded our expectations in the competition. This immediately reminded me of the scenario of exploring the energy storage equipment market — the front-end sales must accurately connect with customer needs, and the back-end technology must quickly come up with adaptive solutions. Only when the front and back ends resonate in the same frequency like controlling the drum and bouncing the ball can we implement customer needs and win market recognition."



Hu Yingzhu, Head of the Technology Department who just led Team 1 to win the overall championship, spoke with pride:

"As the team leader, I didn't dare to relax throughout the process. Fortunately, all team members had a very consistent goal. Even though we fell behind temporarily in two programs, no one complained; instead, everyone tried to make up for our shortcomings. In the end, we won the championship by a 2-point margin, relying on this spirit of 'never giving up'! This is very similar to our technical work. Whether it is overcoming technical difficulties in architectural functional louvers or optimizing parameters of energy storage equipment, we must be rigorous and orderly, focus on the direction and not relax. Only when everyone is of the same mind and moves forward in the same direction can we make progress step by step."



Zhong Yuehui, Business Supervisor, gestured excitedly while talking about the "Unlocking" program:

"At first, when I saw our arms tangled together, I was so anxious that I wanted to let go! Later, someone suggested looking at the whole first and then disassembling the parts. Only then did we slowly sort out the clues, find a way, and finally won first place in this program. This made me realize that in the future, when encountering production bottlenecks in architectural functional louvers, I must also maintain this calmness and work with colleagues to brainstorm ideas instead of rushing to act blindly. Collaboration and execution are really crucial!"



Xu Shanshan, a new employee who just joined the company, spoke with deep emotion in her eyes:

"Before coming, I was worried that I couldn't integrate into the team. Unexpectedly, the 'Da Vinci Code' helped me quickly narrow the distance with everyone. Although I mistakenly remembered the position of a card halfway through and felt very guilty, no one blamed me; instead, everyone encouraged me to continue sharing. This tolerance and trust made me feel very warm. In future work, I will definitely take the initiative to convey information, cooperate with the team, catch up with everyone as soon as possible, and not hold the team back!"

I hope everyone will bring back the 'collaboration ability, execution ability and problem-solving ability' to work: the technology team should tackle difficulties with perseverance, the marketing team should explore the market with unity, the production team should break through bottlenecks with wisdom, and the whole company should eliminate information barriers.
