★Connecting flange: angle steel flange, plug-in flange, or other connection forms;

★Metal shell: hot-dip galvanized steel plate, hot-rolled plate, cold-rolled plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel plate, etc. The thickness should be based on the sound insulation amount and silencer rigidity requirements, whichever is larger. The rigidity requirements of the silencer are generally determined according to the size of the silencer, the static pressure inside the silencer and other indicators, and according to the relevant standards implemented.

★Acoustic filler: Porous sound-absorbing materials, such as glass wool, rock wool, slag wool, etc., use centrifugal glass wool felt under normal temperature conditions.

★Metal perforated plate cover: metal perforated plate. The perforation rate is between 20% and 30%. When the perforation rate remains unchanged, the smaller the hole diameter of the perforated plate, the better the fiber protection effect of the acoustic filler, the lower the regenerative noise of the silencer, the smaller the pressure loss, and the more beneficial it is to improve the sound attenuation effect. Therefore, with the continuous improvement of industrial level, the pore diameter of metal perforated plates used as protective panels is getting smaller and smaller.
